Abstract

Procédé permettant l'assemblage total du noyau avec une seule couche isolante adhésive. Il comprend la réalisation de segments de noyau statorique en acier revêtus d'une couche inorganique, l'application d'une couche adhésive isolante sur les deux faces des segments, la couche adhésive isolante comprenant un mélange d'une résine époxy, d'un agent de durcissement à action latente pour ces résines, d'une charge d'espacement qui contient des fibres de diamètre compris entre 0,0114 mm et 0,0139 mm en quantité suffisante pour réaliser une séparation isolante uniformes entre ces segments, d'une charge inorganique qui fournit une viscosité de travail et qui maintient les fibres dispersées de façon homogène dans la résine et, d'un solvant organique approprié destine à l'application du revêtement, l'élimination des solvants des segments revêtus de la couche, l'empilement des segments en leur donnant la configuration d'un élément pour former au moins une partie importante du noyau statorique, la compression et le traitement de cet élément sous certaines conditions de température et de pression pour réaliser un lien adhésif entre ces éléments. Application à la fabrication des noyaux des gros générateurs.
