Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de produits pré-imprégnés et de produits composites renforcés, par exemple sous forme d'articles stratifiés. On expose à un rayonnement actinique une couche d'une composition liquide comprenant une résine époxyde comme seul composant photo-polymérisable et un agent durcisseur thermoactivé pour résines époxydes, jusqu'à ce que la composition se solidifie en formant une pellicule solide continue à la suite de la photopolymérisation de la résine époxyde par les groupes époxydes de celle-ci, mais la résine époxyde demeurant pratiquement à l'état encore thermodurcissable, puis on met en contact la pellicule ainsi obtenue avec la matière de renforcement fibreuse dans des conditions telles que la pellicule s'écoule autour des fibres et que ses composants et les fibres forment ensemble une structure cohérente. On peut ensuite durcir à chaud, éventuellement sous pression, les pré-imprégnés ainsi obtenus pour obtenir des produits composites renforcés.
