Abstract

L'invention concerne une cellule à cristal liquide du type comportant deux plaques-supports parallèles enfermant une couche d'un cristal liquide et maintenues entre elles à une distance prédéterminée à l'aide d'un cadre-entretoise en fibres plastiques, lié auxdites plaques de façon étanche. Les fibres de verre sont reliées auxdites plaques à l'aide d'un adhésif de manière que lesdites fibres soient directement en contact avec les plaques. Application aux cellules à cristal liquide à épaisseur constante du cristal liquide, plus particulièrement pour l'affichage matriciel sur la base de l'effet dit bistable.
