Abstract

Circuit oscillateur à cristal intégré du type MOS possédant aussi peu que possible de composants externes. Il comprend un premier chemin de courant comportant un premier dispositif pour limiter le courant Q2 relié en série avec un dispositif actif Q1, la jonction des circuits de ces dispositifs formant un premier point nodal 13. Un circuit de << miroir du courant >> comprenant un second et un troisième dispositifs de limitation du courant Q3, Q4 reliés en série entre eux, la jonction de ces circuits formant un second point nodal 14, un élément de commande de la fréquence Y1 relé au dispositif actif pour provoquer l'oscillation de ce dispositif actif à une fréquence déterminée par cet élément de commande de la fréquence et un transistor Q5 relié au second point nodal et au dispositif actif. Application aux circuits osciliateurs.
