Abstract

Dispositif de mesure pour analyses par fluorescence aux rayons X dans lequel l'échantillon placé sur un support est excité par un rayonnement à incidence rasante et analyse par spectrométrie au moyen d'un détecteur placé au-dessus de lui. Sur le dessus d'un boîtier 23 dans lequel on peut faire le vide, est fixé un détecteur 2 qui s'engage dans le boîtier au-dessus d'un cadre pivotant 13 entouré par le boîtier 23, l'axe de pivotement 16 de ce cadre se trouvant dans le plan de mesure du détecteur 2, le cadre pivotant 13 porte un changeur d'échantillons télécommandable 18, 19 et un dispositif d'application 9 télécommandable aligné sensiblement sur l'axe du détecteur D, le cadre pivotant 13 comporte des butées 7 pour les porte-échantillons 8, qui entourent la zone de mesure et, dans une paroi latérale du boîtier 23 est pratiquée une fenêtre d'entrée du rayonnement 11, alignée sur le plan de mesure, pour une source de rayonnement 12 qui peut être placée devant le boîtier 23.
