Abstract

Procédé et dispositif de contrôle des paramètres d'un embout pour faisceau de fibres optiques. Suivant l'invention, on éclaire l'extrémité d'entrée d'un faisceau, afin de projeter une image optique réelle de l'embout, correspondant à l'extrémité de sortie de ce faisceau, sur la surface sensible d'une caméra de télévision, on écrête la partie de luminance du signal vidéo produit par la caméra et on intègre ce signal écrêté pour obtenir une tension V1 , valeur moyenne du signal écrêté, qui soit proportionnelle à la somme des aires de coeurs de fibres intactes de l'embout, on visualise au moins une image binaire des fibres de l'embout observé par la caméra. Application au contrôle systématique des faisceaux de fibres optiques.
