Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a noise light from mixing in an information light and to obtain transmission pictures of a good contrast, by providing a reflection preventing film on either of an incidence end face and an exit end face at least in the picture transmission line using optical fibers. CONSTITUTION:An information light A transmitted through a picture transmission line 01 where many optical fiber strands are bundled in the arrangement state is scattered or reflected on an exit end face 03 and becomes a noise light B to lower the quality of pictures. If a reflection preventing film 7 is attached to an end face 3a and the end face 3a is fixed to an image receiving plug 3, mixture of the noise light B is prevented, and only the information light A is transmitted to an image receiving lens 5. The reflection preventing film 7 is fixed to an end face 4a of an image-pickup lens 4 also. Thus, since multiple reflections between the image receiving plug 3 and the image receiving lens 5 and between the image pickup plug 4 and an image pickup lens 6 are suppressed, the contrast of transmission pictures is improved.
