Abstract

L'objet de l'invention concerne un dispositif de four autonome a cuisson automatique adaptable sur véhicule léger. Il est constitué par la combinaison du positionnement des organes de translation de la plaque portant la pâtisserie sur un tapis transporteur métallique à vitesse réglable dans un tunnel chauffant formant deux fours à températures différentes et séparés par une demi-cloison. Il est destiné à la fabrication rapide foraine de pâtisseries et plus particulièrement pour la cuisson des pizza.
