Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production sous pression élevée de polyéthylène. Dans la zone de réaction supérieure 3 d'un réacteur autoclave 1, on polymérise de l'éthylène à une température de 130 degrés -200 degrés C et une pression de 1 000 à 1 800 kg/cm**2 en utilisant un agent d'amorçage, puis on poursuit la polymérisation à 220-280 degrés C en utilisant un agent d'amorçage dans la zone de réaction inférieure 4 du réacteur autoclave, avec les caractéristiques suivantes : 75 % ou plus de l'éthylène est introduit dans la zone de réaction supérieure par les conduites 7 et 8, et le rapport volumique de la zone de réaction supérieure à la zone de réaction inférieure est de 1,5 à 6, et le réacteur comprend au moins deux entrées d'alimentation pour l'éthylène 7, 8 et pour l'agent d'amorçage 9, 10 de façon à réguler la température de réaction dans cette zone supérieure (Figure '1). Obtention de polyéthylène basse densité ayant d'excellentes propriétés optiques et d'excellentes propriétés de mise en oeuvre.
