Abstract

L'invention concerne la préparation du dithionite de sodium. Elle se rapporte à un procédé dans lequel la source d'alcali n'est pas la soude caustique mais le carbonate de sodium. De cette manière, la quantité d'eau nécessaire à la dissolution du formiate de sodium peut être réduite et concomittament, la quantité de méthanol est réduite et permet une utilisation du volume des réacteurs. De cette maniere, la productivité de la réaction est accrue. Application à la préparation des agents industriels de blanchiment.
