Abstract

Poudre d'acier contenant du phosphore destinée à la fabrication de composants frittés ayant une ténacité élevée constituée du mélange intime d'une poudre d'acier exempte de phosphore et d'une poudre de fero-phosphore ayant une teneur en phosphore de préférence de 12 à 17 % en poids en une quantité telle que la teneur en phosphore du mélange soit de 0,2-1,5 %, caractérisée par le fait que la poudre de ferro-phosphore a une teneur en carbone dépassant 0,3 % et de préférence dépassant 0,5 %. On prépare ce mélange de poudres par mélange intime et en faisant adhérer la poudre de ferro-phosphore à la poudre d'acier éventuellement par addition de 0,005 à 0,02 % d'huile minérale liquide et/ou en frittant faiblement les particules de ferro-phosphore aux particules de poudre d'acier.
