Abstract

L'invention concerne un frein à disques avec puits de chaleur. Le frein à disques comprend des structures non tournantes, ou stators, et au moins une structure tournante, ou rotor, chaque rotor étant interposé entre deux stators, lesdits stators et rotors comportant chacun une garniture de friction est réalisée au moyen de patins 15 traversant des lumières 12 ménagées dans un support de garniture 11 correspondant, chaque patin comportant une partie de plus grande section, ou corps 16, se prolongeant d'une partie de plus faible section, ou tête 17, définissant avec le corps un épaulement 18, par lequel le patin prend appui sur le bord de la lumière qu'il traverse. Un tel frein est susceptible d'équiper les aérodynes.
