Abstract

The flexible parallelpiped frame for wardrobes etc comprises tubes which are joined by plastic sockets. Special sockets are included to accommodate clothes hanging rails and height adjustable shelving frames. The sockets for clothes hanging rails are of a 'T' shape with the stem terminally returned at right angles. The return is also normal to the 'T' bar axis and forms a socket to house the rail end. The bar of the 'Tp may be of double socket or tubular form to house horizontal support tubes. Triangular stiffening webs are provided in all the external socket angles. The height adjustable shelf support has three mutually perpendicular legs of channel section.
