Abstract
The distributor is for controlling the discharge of air from a ventilation duct on air conditioned with a grille at its outlet opening. A swinging arm is in front of a stack of partitions across the duct. These arms divide the duct into a set of horizontal flow paths, one above the other. The arm can be raised and lowered by a motor operating swinging levers connected to the arm so that the bent lip of the arm canb e brought into line with any partition. In its lowest position, the arm blocks the flow, and the higher it is raised, the greater is the flow. The device can be used in conjunction with a heter. The duct can be L shaped, housed inside a false ceiling, so that the air is directed downwards.
