Abstract

The fastener is made of a transparent flexible plastic foil, provided around its edge with a layer of magnetic material. When the device is placed on a surface (1) of magnetic material, or of a non-magnetic material, behind which a magnetic material is provided, it sticks to it holding the information sheet between the flat surfaces. The geometrical design is preferably a rectangular frame (2) for the magnetic material which may consist of rubber or plastics containing magnetic particles. The frame forms the border for a continuous sheet (3) of transparent foil, through which the advertisement message (4) may be seen. The device enables the advertising date to be protected from wind, rain, etc.
