Abstract

For this purpose, a groove (14) is provided on the crossmember (6) and two parallel webs (12, 13), the distance between whose centres is equal to the thickness of the frame leg (9), are provided on the covering strip (10). As a result, it is possible for the covering strip (10) to be fitted, with or without fly-proof screen (8), on the crossmember (6) of the sliding bottom-hinged sash (3).
