Abstract

Composite panels are mfd. incorporating layers of plaster and of an insulating material. The plaster is cast in one half of a split mould, the mould is then closed and foam forming resin is then injected into the residual mould cavity. Used for mfr. of panels 2-3 m tall, 3-30 cm thick, in modular widths for rapid assembly of partition walls. Assembly/installation does not require skilled craftsmen or separate interfacial fastenings.
