Abstract

The child's chair supports the body in the sitting position, and is fixed on wheel axles to form a push-chair. It has framework of tubular folding members and a seat of flexible material. The framework comprises two lower horizontal struts (1) pivoting on a common base (12) and folding against each other from a V positin. A column (14, 14') is higned near the rear portion of each strut so as to fold parallel to it, and the two columns are joined together by pinned, folding bars (18, 18', 19, 19'). The struts lock the columns in the extended working position, but allow them to fit alongside each other when the members are folded.
