Abstract

The trailer consists of a frame (1) with wheels (3) and towbar. The container consists of a main compartment for the grapes over a second compartment for the juice, the two being separated by a performed partition. The upper compartment has a opening cover, while the lower compartment has a drain pipe (10) provided with cocks (12). The rear of the main compartment consists of doors (30) which open and close automatically when the trailer tips. An inert gas from the bottle (60) is introduced into the container just before the door closes prior to transport, driving out any air and thus preventing oxidation.
