Abstract

Geothermic energy recovery apparatus comprises first devices for transferring a portion of the energy contained in a first geothermic source to a second geothermic source which is then converted to a work medium for actuating second devices which transfer the second geothermic source to the first devices in liquid state and in heat exchange relationship. Pref. the work medium is superheated steam used to drive a turbine and pump of the second devices. Bearing devices lubricated by the hot water may be used to mount a rotor in the pump.
