Abstract

The air pressure motor is for vehicles, ships and aircraft with a piston motor with drive shaft. A supply of air pressure produces the reciprocating movement of the pistons and the rotation of the drive shaft using both low and high pressure containers, a compressor with battery drive to compress the air and to conveye it into the container and a high pressure pump with battery drive which comes into operation when the pressure in the high pressure container falls, by drawing air from the low pressure container, compressing it and then supplying it for use in the motor. Both compressors and pump are driven by electric motors.
