Abstract

Fan operated baking oven with >=2 heaths, above and below which radiators divided into >1 adjacent chamber and constructed as flat hollow bodies extending over the whole baking surface, is provided, the chambers being supplied via flow and return ducts having two fans, which streams of hot gas of varying quality or flow rate, the gas being generated by a heat source installed in a heating chamber common to all the baking chambers, in which on each hearth or group of hearths a single closed fan system is connected to the common heat source and is provided with variable flow quantity or variable flow rate of hot gas.
