Abstract
478,682. Bakers' ovens. SCHMIDT, 0., HAUG, F., and BAKER PERKINS, Ltd. July 24, 1936, No. 20572. Convention date, July 27, 1935. [Classes 51 (i) and 51 (ii)] In a circulatory heating- system for bakers' ovens &c. in which fresh hot gases are supplied to the heat transfer ducts a at a number of points in the circuit, as described in Specification 382,266, the fresh gases are supplied from a common source of heat such as an oil burner r or the supply pipes are grouped, each group being connected to a common heat source. The circulation is maintained by a fan f, and the burner is in a byepass k, the inlet to which from the circulating system is fitted with a damper n. The delivery pipes q may be damper controlled, and may end in distributers extending across the heat transfer ducts a.
