One or more organo-tin cpd. of formulae R3-Sn-R1, R3-Sn-O-Sn-R3-Sn-SH, R3-Sn-OCOR2, R3"-Sn-R1, R2-Sn-R2'", R3-Sn-R'" or R3-Sn-X (wherein R is 1-4C, (iso)alkyl or (iso)amyl, R1 is OCOCH3, R2 is phenyl, R3 is lauryl or oleyl, and X is Cl, Br or I) are added to a dry mortar binding agent or mortar binding agent mixt. in an amt. of 0.005-1% (based on the wt. of dry agent), the cpd(s) being dissolved or suspended in 0.005-1% of water (based on the wt. of dry agent).
