Abstract
The charge liquid or paste e.g. a pharmaceutical product is fed via an inlet one way valve to a piston chamber. The piston is loosely fitting in the chamber barrel and is covered with a resistant flexible membrane attached to the walls of the cylinder at at least two points to create a watertight seal. The piston movement extends the membrane to an upper limit admitting sample liquid, subsequent pressure on the piston releases the liquid via an outlet flap valve to the point of application e.g. a sample bottle.
