Abstract

Apparatus comprises a supply bobbin, feed rolls, a 1st heater, a false-twist spindle, a yarn break detector, a 1st set of forwarding rolls, a twist controller, a 2nd heater, a 2nd and 3rd set of forwarding rolls, and a windup. Pref. a 4th set of forwarding rolls is downstream of the 3rd, feeds tensionless yarn to the windup.
