Poubelle perfectionnée.
On connaît des poubelles ou récipients permettant l'évacuation et/ou l'isolement de produits souillés, qui ne répondent qu'imparfaitement aux conditions de fonctionnement requises et, de plus, sont, généralement, du fait de leur réalisation complexe, d'un prix relativement élevé.
La présente invention se propose de remédier à ces inconvénients de manière simple et efficace permettant de réaliser une poubelle bon marché, pratique et de fonctionnement sûr.
Conformément à l'invention, la poubelle perfectionnée est constituée par une armature, avantageusement monobloc, filiforme et métallique, présentant, à chacune de ses parties, supérieure et inférieure, reliées par un montant, de préférence, vertical, une boucle fermée ou ouverte, circulaire, carrée, triangulaire, etc. constituant, à la base, un pied-socle et au sommet, un support sur lequel est retenu un sac, sachet, récipient, etc. en matière plastique ou analogue, destiné à recevoir les produits usagés, les déchets, etc. L'accrochage du sac, sachet, récipient, etc. est obtenu par engagement de celui-ci à l'intérieur de la boucle supérieure et par retournement de son bord supérieur sur ladite boucle réalisée de préférence ouverte lui conférant ainsi une certaine élasticité assurant la retenue automatique dudit sac, sachet, récipient, etc.L'ouverture de ce dernier étant de dimension légèrement inférieure à celle de ladite boucle.
Avantageusement, la poubelle perfectionnée comportera un couvercle, commandé par exemple, manuellement ou à l'aide de toute timonerie appropriée de type connu.
Également, et ce en vue de son rangement ou de son stockage, les dimensions de la poubelle sont telles qu'elles permettent son emboîtement et son empilage aisé avec d'autres poubelles similaires.
L'invention sera du reste mieux comprise en se reportant à la description qui va suivre et au dessin schématique annexé donnant, à titre d'exemple et non limitativement, des modes de réalisation préférés de l'invention.
La figure 1 est une vue de profil d'une poubelle conforme à l'invention. La figure 2 est une vue en coupe selon A-A de figure 1. La figure 3 est une vue en perspective de l'armature constitutive de la poubelle de figure 1. La figure 4 est une vue en perspective d'une variante de réalisation de l'armature de poubelle.
En figures 1 et 2, une armature, avantageusement filiforme métallique, plus particulièrement représentée en figure 3, comporte à chacune de ses deux parties, inférieure et supérieure, reliées par un montant vertical, une boucle horizontale circulaire, ouverte. A la base, la boucle 2 constitue un piedsupport et, au sommet, la boucle 3 est destinée à supporter un sac 6, par exemple, en matière plastique, transparent ou non. Ce sac 6 est introduit au travers de la boucle 3 et son rebord supérieur est retroussée selon 7 autour de celle-ci qui, du fait de son élasticité dûe à son ouverture, tend ledit sac 6 retroussé assurant ainsi sa retenue. Un couvercle 8 permet l'obturation de l'orifice du sac 6 qui, une fois rempli, est évacué comme les matières souillées ou usées qu'il contient assurant ainsi une excellente hygiène d'emploi de la poubelle.
En figure 4, la boucle inférieure 12 de l'armature 11 est en forme triangulaire et la boucle supérieure 13 de forme rectangulaire lui permettant de recevoir un sac, sachet ou analogue de forme correspondante.
Un dégagement 16 de l'armature 11 permet l'articulation, par exemple, d'un couvercle pivotant, dont la commande pourra s'effectuer soit manuellement, soit à l'aide d'une timonerie appropriée de type connu. Également, ce dégagement 16 est situé en dessous de la boucle 13 afin que l'on puisse retrousser le sac recevant les produits usagés.

According to the invention, the improved bin is constituted by a frame, advantageously in one piece, filiform and metallic, having, at each of its parts, upper and lower, connected by an upright, preferably vertical, a closed or open loop, circular, square, triangular, etc. constituting, at the base, a pedestal and at the top, a support on which is retained a bag, sachet, container, etc. made of plastic or the like, intended to receive used products, waste, etc. The hanging of the bag, sachet, container, etc. is obtained by engaging the latter inside the upper loop and by turning its upper edge over said loop, preferably made open, thus giving it a certain elasticity ensuring the automatic retention of said bag, sachet, container, etc. the opening of the latter being slightly smaller in size than that of said loop.
Advantageously, the improved dustbin will include a cover, controlled for example, manually or using any suitable linkage of known type.
Also, and with a view to its arrangement or storage, the dimensions of the bin are such that they allow it to be easily fitted and stacked with other similar bins.
The invention will moreover be better understood by referring to the description which will follow and to the appended schematic drawing giving, by way of example and not limitingly, preferred embodiments of the invention.

In Figures 1 and 2, an advantageously filiform metal frame, more particularly shown in Figure 3, has each of its two parts, lower and upper, connected by a vertical upright, a circular horizontal loop, open. At the base, the loop 2 constitutes a support foot and, at the top, the loop 3 is intended to support a bag 6, for example, made of plastic, transparent or not. This bag 6 is introduced through the loop 3 and its upper edge is rolled up along 7 around the latter which, due to its elasticity due to its opening, tightens said rolled up bag 6 thus ensuring its retention. A cover 8 closes the opening of the bag 6 which, once filled, is evacuated like the soiled or used matter which it contains, thus ensuring excellent hygiene in the use of the bin.
In Figure 4, the lower loop 12 of the frame 11 is triangular in shape and the upper loop 13 of rectangular shape allowing it to receive a bag, sachet or the like of corresponding shape.
A clearance 16 of the frame 11 allows the articulation, for example, of a pivoting cover, the control of which can be carried out either manually or using an appropriate linkage of known type. Also, this clearance 16 is located below the loop 13 so that we can roll up the bag receiving the used products.
