RECEPTACLE DE POUBELLE
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de l'hygiène domestique et plus particulièrement au domaine du ramassage des ordures et des détritus.
La présente invention a précisément pour objet un réceptacle de poubelle à
usage domestique.
Dans une maison, les poubelles se présentent sous diverses formes et diverses réalisations. On peut cependant distinguer deux types principaux de poubelles.
Le premier consiste en un contenant de forme générale cylindrique ou parallélépipédique ouvert sur sa partie supérieure et muni d'un couvercle articulé sur le rebord supérieur dudit contenant. L'ouverture et la fermeture de ce couvercle sont obtenues par un mécanisme actionné à l'aide d'une pédale ou simplement à la main. Pour faciliter le transvasement des ordures, lorsque la poubelle est pleine, vers un conteneur principal de grande dimension vidé
par les services de voirie, la poubelle peut également comporter un seau intérieur extractible.
Le second type de poubelle se présente simplement sous la forme d'un contenant de forme cylindrique ou parallélépipédique ouvert sur sa partie supérieure et muni un couvercle amovible équipé d'une poignée de préhension.
Quel que soit 1e type de poubelle, on garnit généralement l'intérieur du contenant ou du seau avec un sac en plastique, afin de faciliter le transvasement des ordures déposées dans le sac lorsque celui-ci est plein. Ce sac permet également de maintenir l'intérieur de la poubelle propre.
Cependant, cette solution n'est pas totalement satisfaisante, puisque l'utilisateur de la poubelle est obligé de remplacer à chaque fois le sac.
Cette opération est relativement fastidieuse et peut se révéler peu hygiénique, l'utilisateur pouvant être assez facilement en contact avec les ordures si le sac n'a pas été remplacé suffisamment à temps, par exemple parce que la réserve WASTE RECEPTACLE

Conformément à l'invention, ce résultat est obtenu par un réceptacle de poubelle destiné notamment à un usage plus particulièrement domestique comportant un fond, une paroi latérale et une ouverture à l'opposé du fond, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle comporte un double fond délimitant avec le fond, un compartiment apte à recevoir une réserve de sacs, le double fond étant muni d'un orifice permettant le passage d'un seul sac, les sacs étant reliés successivement les uns aux autres de manière détachable, l'enlèvement d'un sac préalablement positionné dans le réceptacle entraînant l'extraction d'un autre sac du compartiment jusqu'à la désolidarisation desdits sacs et ainsi de suite pour les autres sacs.
De manière préférentielle, ces sacs consistent en une bande prédécoupée de sacs, assemblés de sorte que l'extrémitë fermée d'un sac soit fixée à
l'extrémité ouvrable du sac suivant.
Avantageusement, cette bande de sacs est conditionnée sous la forme d'un rouleau.
Suivant une autre forme de réalisation, ces sacs en bande peuvent étre également pliés alternativement dans le sens de la longueur de la bande, ce pliage se faisant suivant un espacement donné, de manière à obtenir un paquet sensiblement de forme parallélépipédique.
Selon une forme de réalisation particulière, le double fond est fixé à
pivotement sur la face intérieure de Ia paroi latérale du réceptacle entre une position ouverte et une position fermée.

4 Le réceptacle de poubelle (1) comprend un fond (2) et une paroi latérale (3) contiguë au fond et présentant à l'opposé de celui-ci un rebord (4) délimitant une ouverture (5). Cette ouverture (5) se trouve ainsi sensiblement en regard du fond (2).
Conformément à l'invention, le réceptacle (1) compte, en outre, un double fond (6) qui délimite avec le fond (2), un compartiment (7) dans la partie inférieure du réceptacle dont on explicitera ultérieurement l'utilité.
Le double fond (6) comporte un orifice (8) de préférence de forme oblongue, par exemple rectangulaire comme illustré à la figure 3. De préférence, cet orifice (8) se situera en partie médiane du double fond (6).
Une réserve de sacs est placée dans le compartiment (7) du réceptacle (1).
Conformément à l'invention, ces sacs sont reliés successivement les uns aux autres de manière détachable.
Selon un mode de réalisation préférentiel, en lui-même connu, illustré à la figure 2, ces sacs sont réunis sous forme d'une bande (11) prédécoupée de façon à ce que chaque sac (9) soit relié par son extrémité fermée (9a) à
l'extrëmité ouvrable (9b) du sac suivant (9') et ainsi de suite pour les autres sacs (9",9"',...).
Afin d'être positionné dans le compartiment (7), cette bande de sacs (11) pourra, avantageusement, être disposée en rouleau (non représenté) ou pliée alternativement transversalement à sa longueur, suivant un espacement donné, par exemple la longueur d'un sac (9), afin d'obtenir, au final, sensiblement un paquet (non représenté) sensiblement de forme parallélépipédique.
Selon un mode de réalisation illustré à la figure 4, le double fond (6) est monté à pivotement sur la face intérieure (12) de la paroi latérale (3) du réceptacle (1), par exemple au moyen d'une charnière (non représentée) dont l'axe de pivotement est inscrit dans un plan parallèle à celui du fond (2), entre une position fermée (A) et une position ouverte (B). Cette charnière sera munie avantageusement d'un élément élastique de manière à ce que le double fond (6) revienne dans sa position fermée d'utilisation normale telle que représentée à la figure 1.
Dans une autre forme de réalisation illustrée à la figure 3, le double fond comporte deux parties (6a, 6b). Chaque partie est montée à pivotement sur la face intérieure (12) de la paroi latérale de la même manière que décrite précédemment pour 1e double fond en une partie montée à pivotement.
L'espace (13) délimité par les deux parties (6a, 6b), lorsque le double fonds est en position fermée d'utilisation, constitue l'orifice (8).
Selon un autre mode de réalisation non représenté, le double fond (6) pourra être amovible. La face intérieure de la paroi latérale du réceptacle comportera alors un rebord périphérique sur lequel le bord périphérique du double fond viendra reposer en appui.
Lorsque le double fond (6) est mobile (en une ou deux parties) ou amovible, il comportera également des moyens de blocage en position fermée (A) d'utilisation normale.
Dans d'autres réalisations non représentées, le fond (3) peut être amovible.
Par exemple, le fond (3) peut être coulissant. A cet effet, la paroi latérale du réceptacle comportera, en face interne, une coulisse apte à recevoir le bord périphérique du fond (3).
Le fond peut être également fixé à pivotement â la paroi latérale du réceptacle, par exemple à l'aide d'une charnière entre une position fermée et une position ouverte. Ce fond comportera alors des moyens de blocage en position fermée d'utilisation.
Le fait que le double fond (6) etlou le fond (3) soient mobiles ou amovibles, permet à l'utilisateur d'accéder facilement à l'intérieur du compartiment (7) afin de réapprovisionner ce dernier en sacs en plastique non usagés.
Lorsque le réceptacle (1) de la poubelle est dans sa configuration normale d'utilisation, on tire ,par l'orifice (8) du double fond (6), un premier sac (9) du compartiment (7) pour garnir le volume (10) du réceptacle (1) destiné à
recevoir des ordures et des détritus. Pour ceci, on replie l'extrémité
ouverture (9b) dudit sac (9) sur la partie extérieure du rebord (4) de la paroi latérale (3) du réceptacle (1).
Lorsque la poubelle est pleine, on retire le sac (9) dans lequel les ordures ont été déposées vers l'extérieur de la poubelle, ce qui a pour conséquence d'extraire progressivement, par l'orifice (8) un nouveau sac (9') du compartiment (7). Le sac (9) est relié au suivant (9') de façon suffisamment solide pour permettre de l'extraire du compartiment (7) mais, toutefois, de manière détachable pour permettre à un utilisateur de les désolidariser par arrachement.
Le nouveau sac est repositionné de la même manière que le précédent sac (9) dans le volume de réception du réceptacle (I) de poubelle.
On procède de la même manière pour les autres sacs contenus dans le compartiment.
De manière pratique, entre chaque utilisation, l'ouverture dudit réceptacle de poubelle pourra être obturée, de manière classique, à l'aide d'un couvercle amovible.
Ce réceptacle de poubelle pourra également venir se positionner dans le contenant d'une poubelle classique.
Le réceptacle de poubelle à usage domestique tel qu' il vient d' être décrit peut être réalisé, non limitativement, en matière plastique, bois ou métal et sous des formes multiples (cylindriques, parallélépipédiques, etc.).
