Claims (7)
1. Förfarande för behandling av jarosithaltiga Tester, vid vilket resterna behandlas i ett svavelsyrahaltigt 5 medium vid förhöjd temperatur och förhöjt tryck, k ä n -netecknat därav, att de jarosithaltiga resterna och zinksulfidhaltiga koncentrat blandas i utspädd svavel-syra, som innehäller 40 - 100 g/1 fri svavelsyra, i en autoklav vid ett syredeltryck av minst 1 000 kPa och vid 10 en temperatur av 130 - 170 °C, järn- och zinkinnehället i resten och det zinksulfidhaltiga koncentratet loses till största del, efter sänkning av trycket separeras lösningen och fastämnet frän varandra, lösningen leds tili extrak-tionskretsloppet i en zinkelektrolys, varvid järnet ut-15 fälls i form av hematit, grundämnessvavlet separeras frän fastämnet och resten leds tili en fortsatt användning.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n netecknat därav, att den jarosithaltiga restens blandningsförhällande tili det zinksulfidhaltiga koncent- 20 ratet är 1:10 - 1:1.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, k ä n-netecknat därav, att den utspädda svavelsyran innehäller 50 - 80 g/1 fri svavelsyra.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, . 25 kännetecknat därav, att syredeltrycket i autoklaven är 1 100 - 1 300 kPa.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att behandlingstiden i autoklaven är 30 - 180 minuter. 30
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknat därav, att temperaturen i auto-‘ klaven är 145 - 155 °C.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat därav, att lösningen, som erhäl-35 lits efter sänkningen av trycket och separeringen, används i extraktionskretsloppet i zinkelektrolysen efter het, sur ; extraktion.
