Claims (8)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en av fiber-hartskomposit bestäende gjuten produkt, som har elektro- 5 magnetiska vägor jämnt reflekterande och dessa skyddande egenskaper, i vilket förfarande en effektiv mängd av ett elledande fibertyg för ett ytskikt (3), vävt tyg för ett mellanskikt (2) bredvid fibertyget och gjutmaterial för ett substratskikt (1), soin omfattar minst ett flytande 10 hartsmaterial och förstärkande fiber, ställs pä en press-formningsform med önskad gjutyta; och gjutmaterialen ut-sätts för formpressning och i vilket förfarande ätminstone fibertyget (3) av fibertyget (3) och det vävda tyget (2) är inte impregnerat med flytande hartsmaterial; k ä n -15 netecknat av att de erhällna gjutmaterialen förs tili trycksänkningsbehandling i formen vid ett högst 48 kPa undertryck, varefter gjutmaterialen förs tili formpressning utan att undertrycket frigörs.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e -20 tecknat av att undertrycket under trycksänkningsbe- handlingen är högst ca 21 kPa.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, k ä n -netecknat av att formpressningen utförs genom att gjutmaterialen komprimeras vid ett gjuttryck av minst ca 25 1 000 kPa och med en formstängningshastighet av högst 300 mm/min, varefter hartsmaterialet härdas.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patent-kraven, kännetecknat av att det flytande här-dande hartsmaterialet innehäller en lösning av härdplast i 30 en polymeriserbar monomer i ett blandningsförhällande som varierar mellan ca 65:35 och 95:5 beräknat pä vikten.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patent-kraven, kännetecknat av att ett hartsbelägg-ningsmaterial för ett skyddande och/eller dekorativt yt- 35 skikt (4) införs i formen före gjutmaterialen.
6. För elektromagnetiska vägor avsedd, av fiber-förstärkt harts gjuten produkt med elektromagnetiska vägor 21 96751 jämnt reflekterande och dessa skyddande egenskaper Inom omrädet VHF - EHF och med en formpressad, härdad laminat-struktur med en pian eller krökt reflexionsyta och vilken omf attar ett ytskikt (3) ett mellanskikt (2) och ett 5 substratskikt (1), vilket ytskikt (3) utgörs av ett kom-positskikt av elledande fibertyg och härdat harts med en effektiv skikttjocklek av minst ca 0,005 mm, och vilket mellanskikt (2) utgörs av ett kompositskikt av vävt tyg och härdat harts med en effektiv skitktjocklek av minst ca 10 0,005 mm, och vilket underskikt (1) utgörs av ett med fi- bermaterial härdat hartsskikt; vilken produkt är fram-ställd genom att en effektiv mängd elledande fibertyg för ytskiktet (3), vävt tyg för mellanskiktet (2) bredvid fi-bertyget, varvid av fibertyget (3) och det vävda tyget (2) 15 ätminstone fibertyget (3) inte är impregnerat med flytande hartsmaterial, och gjutmaterial för substratskiktet (1), som innehäller minst ett flytande hartsmaterial och här-dande fibermaterial, stalls pä en pressformningsform med önskad gjutyta, och genom att gjutmaterialen utsätts för 20 formpressning, kännetecknat av att de er-hällna gjutmaterialen förs tili trycksänkningsbehandling i en form vid ett högst 48 kPa undertryck, varefter gjutmaterialen förs tili formpressning utan att undertrycket frigörs.
7. Gjuten produkt enligt patentkrav 6, k ä n n e - tecknad av att ett skyddande och/eller dekorativt beläggningsskikt (4) breds pä det av fibertyg och harts bildade ytskiktet (3).
8. Gjuten produkt enligt patentkrav 6 eller 7, . 30 kännetecknad av att den är en för elektromag- netiska vägor avsedd parabolantenn, varvid ytan av det elledande fibertygsskiktet utgörs av en konkav rotations-paraboloid.
