Claims (4)

1. Förfarande för separering av proteinartade material frän nukleinsyror, kännetecknat därav, 5 att man a) kontaktar en lösning, vilken innehäller proteinartade material och nukleinsyror, med en äterhydrerad si-licagel med en specifik ytarea av ätminstone 50 m2/g och genomgäende porer med en effektiv diameter som överstiger 10. nm och med förmäga att binda proteinartade material, en obunden fraktion, vilken innehäller nukleinsyrorna blir kvar; och b) isolerar den obundna fraktionen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e - 15 tecknat därav, att den äterhydrerade silicagelen är ett partikelformat material som väsentligen saknar poly-valenta katjoner pä sin yta och har ythydroxylgrupper i en minimikoncentration av 0,1 ymol/m2 vid ett pKa mellan 6 och 10. 20
