Claims (4)
1. Förfarande för framställning av ett rör (1) av polymermaterial för mottagning av indragningsanordningar, säsom kablar, rör och motsvarande 5 med hjälp av koextrusion av tvä homocentriska polymerskikt (2,3), varvid det inre polymerskiktet (3) är försett med frikt ionsminskande tillsatsämnen, kännetecknat därav, att det yttre polymerskiktet (2) extruderas tili en tjockare rörvägg med en profilering som löper over den inre periferin och att man ovanpä profileringen pä den 10 inre periferin av det yttre polymerskiktet (2) extruderar ett tunnare inre polymerskikt (3) med mindre tvärsnitt som är försett med frik-tionsminskande tillsatsämnen, vilket inre polymerskikt (3) sammanfogas med det yttre polymerskiktet (2) med hjälp av extrusionssvetsning, varvid det inre polymerskiktet (3) upptar formen pä den inre profile-15 ringen av det yttre polymerskiktet (2).
2. Förfarande för framställning av ett rör (1) av polymermaterial för mottagning av indragningsanordningar, sasom kablar, rör och motsvarande med hjälp av koextrusion av tvä homocentriska polymerskikt (2,3), 20 varvid det inre polymerskiktet (3) är försett med friktionsminskande tillsatsämnen, känne tecknat därav, att det yttre polymerskiktet (2) extruderas tili en tjockare rörvägg med slät inre vägg, och att ovanpä den släta inre väggen av det yttre polymerskiktet (2) extruderas ett tunnare inre polymerskikt (3) med mindre tvärsnitt som 25 är försett med friktionsminskande tillsatsämnen i form av en profilerad beläggning, som sammanfogas med det yttre polymerskiktet (2) med hjälp av extrusionssvetsning.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknat därav, att 30 blandningsförhällandet i det inre polymerskiktet (3) är 60-95 vikt-% polymer och 5-40 vikt-% friktionsminskande tillsatsämnen.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att det inre polymerskiktet (3) är gjord av liknande polymer som 35 det yttre polymerskiktet (2) med avseende pä smälttemperatur.
