Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en terapeutiskt användbar, torr, farmaceutisk, i vatten snabblöslig kom-5 position, omfattande ett amfoteriskt β-laktamantibiotikum och ett natriumsalt av glycinkarbonat, k ä n n e-t e c k n a t därav, att det amfoteriska β-laktamantibiotikumet blandas i torrt tillständ med 0,5 - 20 vikt-% av ett natriumsalt av glycinkarbonat. 10
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att det torra, blandade pulvret torr- eller vätgranuleras genom ett i och för sig känt förfarande.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, känne- 15 tecknat därav, att ett bindemedel och/eller ett hydrofilt ytaktivt ämne sättes tili det blandade pulvret före torr- eller vätgranuleringen, eller tili granule-ringsvätskan före vätgranuleringen.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 3, känne- 20 tecknat därav, att bindemedlet eller det ytaktiva ämnet utgör 0,01 - 20 vikt-%.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 3 eller 4, kännetecknat därav, att bindemedlet är en po-lyetylenglykol med en molvikt mellan 900 och 20 000, eller 25 polyvinylpyrrolidon.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknat därav, att det ytaktiva ämnet utgörs av natriumlaurylsulfat i en mängd av 0,01 - 2 vikt-%, eller natriumdioktylsulfosuckinat i en mängd av 0,01 - 2 vikt-%. 30
7. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 3, känne tecknat därav, att det ytaktiva ämnet utgörs av en polyoxietylenalkyleter, en polyoxietylenfettsyra eller en polyoxietylensorbitanfettsyraester, var och en i en mängd av 0,1 - 20 vikt-%. 35
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat därav, att det amfoteriska β-lak- 90311 tamantibiotikumet utgörs av amoxicillintrihydrat i en mängd av 70 - 99 vikt-%, och det eventuella bindemedlet utgörs av polyetylenglykol 6000 (medelmolekylvikt 5 400 -6 600) i en mängd av 2 - 10 vikt-%.
