Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för isolering av ett rekombinantframstäl1t interferon ur bakteriecel1er, kännetecknat 5 därav, att bakteriecellerna, vilka innehäller rekombinant-framställt interferon, förstörs utan hjälpmedium suspende-rade i en vattenhaltig syra vid ett pH-värde av 2,0 - 4,0 med hjälp av skärkrafter och därefter isoleras interferonet i suspensionen med kända metoder och renas vidare. 10
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känneteck- n a d därav, att bakteriecel1er används, vilka innehäller rekombinantframstäl1t syrastabilt interferon. 15
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känneteck- n a d därav, att bakteriecel1er används, vilka innehäller rekombinantframstäl1t a-interferon.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känneteck- 20. a d därav, att bakteriecel1er används, vilka innehäller rekombinantframställt IFR-a2(arg).
5. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 2-4, kanne- t e c k n a d därav, att detta utföres vid en pH-värde av 25 2,5 - 3,5.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-5, känne- t e c k n a d därav, att bakteriecel1erna förstörs med en homogenisator. 30
7. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-6, kanne- t e c k n a d därav, att som syra användes mineralsyra eller alkansyra, säsom ättiksyra eller propionsyra. 35
8. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-7, kanne- t e c k n a d därav, att som vattenhaltig syra användes utspädd saltsyra (pH 2,5) eller 1-procentig ättiksyra. i
