Claims (5)
1. Konstruktion av metallskivor i skikt, i vilken ytskivor (1,2) av metall har fästs genom svetsning vid As- och bottendelarna (4,5) av en 5 korrugerad skiva (3) av metall mellan dessa, kännetecknad därav, att de parallella ytskivorna (1,2) och den korrugerade skivan (3) är av metallplat med en tjocklek pA minst 1 mm, och att ytskivorna är fästa vid den korrugerade skivan med laser-svetsfogar (6a,6b) som löper längs med As- och bottendelarna (4,5) av den korrugerade skivan, 10 varvid en serie första svetsfogar (6b) hör tili svetsfogen, vilka ge-nomtränger bottendelen (5) av den korrugerade skivan och sträcker sig tili den andra ytskivan (2), och en serie andra svetsfogar (6a), som gar igenom den andra ytskivan (1) och sträcker sig tili Asdelen (4) av den korrugerade skivan. 15
2. Skivkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att de parallella ytskivorna (1,2) är tjockare än den korrugerade skivan (3).
3. Skivkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att den korrugerade skivan (3) innehaller jämna As- och botten-delar (4,5).
4. Skivkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad 25 därav, att de genomgAende svetsarna (6b) sträcker sig in i den nedan-förbelägna ytskivan (2), men inte igenom denna, varvid den yttre ytan av ytskivan (2) är sIät.
5. Förfarande för framställning av en konstruktion av metallskivor i 30 skikt enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att tili förfarandet hör följande skeden: en första jämn stAlplAt (2) levereras tili en svetsningsstationen (15); 35 20 84641 en andra, ursprungligen jämn stAlplät (3) korrugeras för att bilda pa-rallella As- och bottendelar (A,5); den korrugerade stälplAten (3) placeras ovanpa den första jämna stAl-5 plAten (2) i kontakt raed denna; en koncentrerad lasersträle med hög effekt transporteras under svets-förhAllandena längs med var och en bottendel (5), sä att metallen av bottendelen (5) och Atminstone en del av metallen av den nedanför be-10 lägna jämna skivan (2) smälts samman genom att därvid tillsammans bilda en svetsfog (6b); en annan jämn stAlplAt (1) placeras ovanpä Asdelarna (4) parallellt med den första stAlplAten (2); och 15 en koncentrerad lasersträle av hög effekt transporteras under svetsför-hAllandena längs med var och en Asdel (4), sa att metallen av den andra skivan och Atminstone en del av metallen av den nedanför belägna korrugerade skivan (2) smälts samman genom att därvid tillsammans bilda en 20 svetsfog (6a).
