Claims (5)

1. Förfarande för framställning av terapeutiskt användbara diarylindan-1,3-dioner med formeln (I) samt 5 farmaceutiskt godtagbara salter därav Är2 i vilken formel Arx och Ar2 vardera betecknar en fenyl-grupp, vilken kan vara substituerad med en eller flera av 15 substituenterna alkoxi eller aminoalkyl med 1-6 kolatomer, cykloalkyl med 4-8 kolatomer, fenyl, halogen, nitro eller trifluonnetyl, Rx betecknar väte eller halogen och R2 betecknar väte, halogen eller hydroxi, känneteck-n a t därav, att man utför omgruppering tili en förening 20 med den allmänna formeln

25 Rl~V^C° 6ller L2 «c-Ari I ' Är2 (III) 30 eller en blandning av dessa tvä föreningar, i vilka form-ler Arx, Ar2 och R2 betecknar samma som ovan, och eventuellt halogenerar den sälunda erhällna föreningen för att erhäl-la förening med formeln (I), väri R2 är halogen, och, ifall önskvärt, hydrolyserar den sälunda erhällna föreningen för 35 att erhälla en förening med formeln (I), väri R2 är hyd- i4 82923 roxi, och/eller eventuellt omvandlar den sälunda erhällna föreningen till ett farmaceutiskt godtagbart salt därav.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att man framställer en förening med 5 formeln (I), väri Arx betecknar en mono- eller polyhalogen-substituerad fenylgrupp.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att man framställer en förening med formeln (I), vari Ar2 betecknar en fenylgrupp 10 eller en med halogen eller alkoxi substituerad fenylgrupp.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att man framställer 2-(p-klorfenyl)- 4-fenylindan-l,3-dion.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne-15 tecknat därav, att man framställer 2-(p-klorfenyl)- 2-brom-4-fenylindan-l,3-dion. li
