Claims (6)

1. Plasmidvektorer som producerar ett stort antal kopior, kännetecknade av att de har samma replikations-omräde som pBR322 och innehäller i det genomräde som sva-rar för produktionen av repressorn för plasmidens replikation en mutation vid transkriptorterminalen för modifiering av repressorproduktionen och a) innehäller säsom selektiv genmarkör plasmidens pBR322 ampicillinresistensgen och i nämnda plasmidvektorer Sr tet-racyklinresistensgenen inaktiverad eller saknas helt eller har en represserad funktion, eller b) innehäller säsom selektiva genmarkörer plasmidens pBR322 ampicillinresistensgen och tetracyklinresistensgen, men i nämnda plasmidvektorer utförs tetracyklinresistensge-nens transkription frän en mutant som är svagare än den naturliga mutanten eller frän en främmande promotor.
2. Plasmidvektorer enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknade av att de har en G->T punktmutation i den gen som kodar för det lilla RNA som fungerar som repressor för replikationen.
3. Plasmidvektorer, kännetecknade av att de är pHC 314 (00280,OKI, Ungern), pHC 312 (00279, OKI, Ungern) och pHC 624 (00281, OKI, Ungern).
4. Förfarande för framställning av ett stort antal kopior producerande plasmidvektorer frän sädana plasmider som upp-visar samma replikationsomräde som pBR322, k ä n n e -tecknat av att i det genomräde som svarar för produktionen av repressorn för plasmidreplikationen ästadkommes i transkriptorterminalen en mutation som ändrar repressorproduktionen.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknat av att i pBR322, vars tetracyklinresistensgen är i inaktive-
