Claims (15)
1. Förfarande för strängsprutning av termohärdbart harts, vilket förfarande omfattar knädande, smältning och 5 blandning samt tilläggsformning av det termohärdbara hart-set för att ästadkomma ett tili tvärsnittet konstant rör, varvid en skruv med en siat och ogängad främre del (4) an-vänds, kännetecknat därav, att härdningsreak-tionen främjas i omrädet av skruvens främre del (4), att 10 längden av skruvens främre del (4) är 1D-5D, varvid D är skruvens diameter, att den främre delens radie ändras utan diskonti-nuitet frän den gängande delens spindelradie frän och med föreningspunkten mellan den gängade delen och den släta delen mot radien av den släta delens motsatta ände, och att 15 lutningen av skruvens främre del och den omgivande cylin-dern är inom omrädet irän 0 - under 30/1000 i förhällande tili skruvens axialriktning, varvid lutningen motsvarar den yttre och inre diametern hos det slutliga röret.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kanne- 20 tecknat därav, att skruvens L/D förhällande är 7-40.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, k ä n n e -tecknat därav, att längden av skruvens främre del : (4) är 2-10D.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, k ä n n e - • : 25 tecknat därav, att längden av skruvens främre del (4) är 2-7D.

8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat därav, att det termohärdbara hartset är fenolharts.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, 5 kännetecknat därav, att det termohärdbara hartset är melaminharts.
10. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat därav, att det termohärdbara hartset är epoxiharts.
11. Strängsprutningsmaskin av skruvtyp, vilken maskin omfattar en skruv med en matningszon (1), en presszon (2), en doseringszon (3) samt en slät och ogängad främre del (4), och en cylinderdel, som uppvisar en värmereglerings-mekanism i omräden, som motsvarar matnings-, press- och 15 doseringszonerna, varvid cylinderdelen har uppvärmningskapa-citet i ett omräde, som motsvarar skruvens främre del, vars diameter är identisk med eller olik diametern av den i doseringszonen belägna slutskruven, kännetecknad därav, att längden av skruvens främre del (4) är 1D-15D, 20 varvid D är skruvens diameter, att radien av den främre delen ändras utan diskontinuitet frän den gängade delens spindelradie frän och med föreningspunkten mellan den gängade delen och den släta delen mot radien av den släta delens motsatta ände, och att lutningen av skruvens främre 25 del och den omgivande cylindern är inom omrädet frän 0 -under 30/1000 i förhällande tili skruvens axialriktning, varvid lutningen motsvarar den inre och yttre diametern hos det slutliga röret.
12. Maskin enligt patentkravet 11, känneteck-30 n a d därav, att lutningen är inom omrädet 1/1000 - 10/1000.
13. Maskin enligt patentkravet 11 eller 12, kännetecknad därav, att skruvens L/D förhällande är 7-40.
14. Maskin enligt nägot av patentkraven 11-13, k ä n- netecknad därav, att längden av skruvens främre del (4) är 2-10D.
