Claims (10)

1. Komposition för bestämning av en analyt, vilken valts bland urinsyra ellerkolesterol, i ett vätskeprov, 5 vilken komposition omfattar a) ett för nämnda analyt specifikt enzym, b) en fenol eller naftol ooh c) 4-amino-fenazon, kännetecknad därav, att kompositionen ytterliga-10 re innehäller ett reagensmedel som omfattar ferrocyanidjon.
2. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att fenolen är osubstituerad fenol.
3. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att fenolen är 3,5-diklor-2-hydroxi- 15 bensensulfonsyra.
4. Komposition enligt nägot ava patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknad därav, att reagensmedlet är ett ferrocyanidjonsalt.
5. Komposition enligt patentkravet 4, k ä n n e -20 tecknad därav, att ferrocyanidijonsaltet är natrium- ferrocyanid.
6. Komposition enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknad därav, att ferrocyanidjonsaltet är kalium-ferrocyanid.
7. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1 för bestämning av urinsyra i ett vätskeprov, kännetecknad därav, att den omfattar a) en oxidas vilken är specifik för urinsyran i provet, 30 b) osubstituerad fenol, c) 4-aminofenazon, och d) kaliumferrocyanid
8. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1 för bestämning av kolestrol i ett vätskeprov, kännetecknad 35 därav, att den omfattar i
