Claims (19)

1. Metallkomplex av aspartara(APM)-sötningsmedel, kännetecknat därav, att det har formeln: 5 H2N-CH-CONH-CH-COO(CH3).pMm+.sQt_ ch2cooh I 10 (ch2)ph vari a) den stereokemiska konfigurationen är DL-DL, DL-L, L-DL eller L-L, 15 b) Ph är en fenylring, c) m och t är heltalen 1-3, d) p är förhällandet mellan metallen Mm+ och dipeptidsöt-ningsmedlet och har ett värde mellan 0,1-3,0, e) s är förhällandet anjonen till dipeptidsötnings- 20 medlet, varvid p x m = s x t, f) m”+ är en farmakologiskt godtagbar metalljon, före- 2 + 24- 2+ 3+ 2 + 3 + trädesvis Ca^ , Znz , Mg , A1 , Fe eller Fe , eller en kombination av farmakologiskt godtagbara me- talljoner, 25 g) Qt_ är en halogenid eller en kombination därav, och h) metallkomplexet av dipeptidsötningsmedlet kan vara hydratiserat eller ohydratiserat.
