Förfarande för framställning av terapeutiskt an-vändbara hexahydropyrroloZJ, l-a7isokinolinderivat med for-5 mein (I) samt diastereomerer och icke-toxiska, farmaceu-tiskt godtagbara syraadditionssalter därav, \ R2 15. vilken formel är väte eller lägre alkyl med 1-4 kol-atomer; R2 är väte, lägre alkyl med 1-4 kolatomer, fluor, hydroxi eller lägre alkoxi med 1-4 kolatomer; Rg och R? är antingen lika eller olika och betekcnar väte, 20 lägre alkyl med 1-4 kolatomer, lägre alkoxi med 1-4 kolatomer, hydroxi eller halogen eller tillsammans bildar metylen-dioxid; och A är en grupp med formeln (1) eller (3) te-- o- (1) (3) 30 varvid i bensenringen med formeln (1) betecknar Rg och Rg väte, perfluor(lägre)alkyl med 1-4 kolatomer, hydroxi, lägre alkoxi med 1-4 kolatomer, lägre acylamino med 1-5 kolatomer, bensoylamino, cyano, karboxiamido, lägre alkyl-tio med 1-5 kolatomer, lägre-alkylsulfonyl med 1-4 kolato-35 mer, nitro* aminp, läcjrealkyl- eller di(lägre)alkyl-amino, som innehäller 1-4 kolatomer i varje alkyl, eller halogen; II 43 76798 och varvid i cykloalkylringen med formeln (3) n = 0-2, och grupperna med formler (1) och (3) kan vara bundna via vilken som heist kolatom i ringen, kännetecknat därav, att man 5 i) reducerar en laktam med formeln (IV-A) A v 1^2 _
