Claims (30)
1. Dimensionsstabi1 fi1terkonstruktion (1) som är avsedd för avlägsnande av främmande och finfördelat material ur fluider vid en hög temperatur, kännetecknad av att filterkons-truktionen (1) omfattar ätminstone ett filterlager (2, 6) av relativt sköra, höga temperaturer och korrosion motstäende fibrer, varvid fibrerna är valda av gruppen bestäende av glas-fibrer, kvartsfibrer, keramfibrer, kolfibrer och grafitfibrer, och lagret är stickat med höga temperaturer och korrosion motstäende trädar (3-5) sä att filterlagret är i fi1terkonstruk-tionen inkapslad mellan tvä av nämnda trädar stickade yttre skikt och nämnda yttre skikt är förbundna med varandra vid ett flertal genomgängspunkter i filterlagret.
2. Fi1terkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att nämnda höga temperaturer och korrosion motstäende trädar (3-5) utgöres av metall-monofilaraenttradar.
3. Filterkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e t e c k-n a d av att nämnda höga temperaturer och korrosion motstäende trädar (3-5) utgöres av multi-filament-metai1trädar eller glas-trädar.
4. Filterkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknad av att den omfattar ett organ (5b, 7), som uppbär filter lagret (2, 6) under stickning och utgör en del av filterkon-s truk t ionen (1).
5. Filterkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknad av att nämnda stödorgan utgörs av ett med maskor utfört vävt nät (5b) av fibrer som utstär höga temperaturer och korro-s i on.
6. Filterkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknad av att nämnda stödorgan utgörs av ett icke-vävt under-lag (7).
7. Filterkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att fi1terkonstruktionen (1) innefattar 2i 71880 ätminstone tvä filterlager (6, 7) stickade av nämnda tra der (3-5) soin motstär höga temperaturer och korrosion.
8. Filterkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 7, känneteck-n a d av att ett (6) av nämnda filterlager bestär av fibrer med en diameter av upp tili ca. 10pm och att den andra (7) av nämnda filterlager tjänar sasom ett understödjande underlag och bestir av fibrer med en diameter av upp tili ca. 50 pm.
9. Filterkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 1, känneteck-n a d av att den omfattar ett organ (5b, 7), som uppbär filter-lagret (2, 6) under stickning och utgör en del av filterkons-truktionen (1).
10. Filterkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 9, kanne- tecknad av att nämnda stödorgan utgörs av ett icke-vävt under1ag (7).
11. Filterkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 9, k ä n n e- tecknadav att nämnda stödorgan utgörs av ett med maskor utfört vävt nät (5b) av fibrer som utstar höga temperaturer och korrosion.
12. Filterkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 1, kanne- tecknad av att sma hai i konstruktionen (1) vid nämnda genomgangspunkter är tillslutna.
13. Filterkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 12, känneteck-n a d av att hälen vid genomgängspunkterna har tillslutits med sintrade partiklar som fyller ut hilen.
14. Filterkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e- tecknad av att iKonstruktionen (1) ingär raka tradar (8), som motstir höga temperaturer och korrosion och som sträcker sig i konstruktionens maskinriktning som är den riktning i vilken filterlagret (2) rör sig under stickningen.

Förfarande för framställning av en dimensionsstabi1 fiber- konstruktion (1) enligt nägot av den föregäende patenkraven, vilken konstruktion är avsedd för avlägsnande av främmande och finfördelat material ur fluider vid en hög temperatur, k ä n -netecknatav att av relativt sköra, höga temperaturer och korrosion motstäende fibrer, vilka är valda av gruppen som bestar av S^asfibrer, kvartsfibrer, keramfibrer, kolfibrer och grafitfibrer, utformas ätminstone ett filterlager (2, 6) som stickas med höga temperaturer och korrosion motstäende trä-dar (3-5) sä att filterlagret inkapslas mellan tvä av nämnda trädar stickade yttre skikt och nämnda yttre skikt blir förbund-na med varandra vid ett flertal genomgängspunkter i filterlagret .
17. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 16, känne tecknatav att som nämnda höga temperaturer och korrosion motstäende trädar (3-5) används meta11-monofilamentträdar.

19. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 16, kännetecknatav att ätminstone tvä filterlager (6, 7) placeras over varandra och stickas med nämnda höga temperaturer och korrosion motstäende trädar (3-5).
20. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 16, kännetecknatav att nämnda filterlager (6, 7) förstärks.
21. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 20, kännetecknatav att filterlagret (6) förstärks genom nälning.
