Description
本発明の積層ポリアリーレンスルフィド耐熱フィルターは、そのフィルター強度の観点からは、第1ウェブ層と第2ウェブ層との間に支持層を含むことが好ましい。
JIS−L1085(1998年)の方法により、20cm×20cmの試料を3枚作成、重量を測定し、その平均値をm2あたりの質量として求めた。
JIS−L1913(2010年)の方法により、試料から10cm×10cmの試験片を10枚採取し、厚み測定器(前田精機製作所製の圧縮弾性試験機)の上側円形水平板に0.5kPaの圧力を10秒間かけて厚みを測定し、試験片10枚の平均値を算出した。
上記目付、厚みから算出した。
支持層、フィルターのいずれもJIS−L1085(1998年)の方法により、定速伸張型引張試験機にて、試験片5サンプルの平均値として、MD方向、CD方向それぞれ算出した。
JIS−L1096(2010年)A法(フラジール形法)により、125kPaの静圧で通気させ、その通気量を無作為に10点測定し、その平均値として算出した。
VDI−3926 Part I に規定される装置を用い、JIS Z 8909−1(2005)に規定される測定条件に従って集じん性能試験を行った。代表的な数値は以下の通りである。
ダスト:JIS Z 8901(2005)に規定される試験用粉体第10種
入口ダスト濃度:5g/m3
ろ過速度:2m/分
パルス用圧縮エアータンク圧力(500kPa)
払い落とし圧力損失:1000Pa
パルス噴射時間:50ms
JIS Z 8901−1(2005)の7.2に規定される方法に従ってろ布のエージング処理を行った後、そのエージング・安定化処理を行ったろ布に払い落としを30回行い、その間の通気量とフィルター通過ダスト量から、出口ダスト濃度を算出した。また、前記払い落とし30回中のダスト通気時間の積算時間を循環時間とした。
<フィルター加工性>
フィルターに加工する際の工程通過性を下記の通り判断した。
A:所定のラインスピードにて加工可能である。地合いのムラが若干見られるが、フィルター性能に影響はない
B:地合いのムラが多く、ラインスピードを落とさないと加工できない
(実施例1)
繊度2.2dtex、カット長51mmのPPS短繊維(東レ(株)“トルコン(R)”S391−2.2T51mm)を用い、単糸番手20s、合糸本数2本の紡績糸(以下、20s/2)と、単糸番手7sの紡績糸(以下7s/1)を得た。これら紡績糸のうち、20s/2を経糸に、7s/1を緯糸にして平織りとし、経糸密度30本・2.54/cm、緯糸密度18本/2.54cmのPPS紡績糸平織物を得た。得られた織物は、MD強度1330N/5cm、CD強度620N/5cm、目付132g/m2であった。この織物を支持層とした。
第1ウェブ層、および第2ウェブ層に用いた繊度2.2dtex、カット長51mmのPPS短繊維を、繊度1.5dtex、カット長51mmのPPS短繊維とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、目付552g/m2のフィルターを得た。得られたフィルターの性能を表1に示した。
第1ウェブ層に用いた繊度1.0dtex、カット長51mmのPPS短繊維を、繊度0.8dtex、カット長51mmのPPS短繊維とした以外は、実施例2と同様にして、目付556g/m2のフィルターを得た。得られたフィルターの性能を表1に示した。
第1ウェブ層、および第2ウェブ層に用いたPPS繊維を全て繊度1.0dtex、カット長51mmのものとした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、目付554g/m2のフィルターを得た。しかしながら、カーディング工程にてネップが多発したため、ラインスピードを4割程度落とす必要があった。得られたフィルターの性能を表1に示した。
第1ウェブ層、および第2ウェブ層に用いたPPS繊維を全て繊度2.2dtex、カット長51mmのものとした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、目付566g/m2のフィルターを得た。得られたフィルターの性能を表1に示した。
第2ウェブ層に用いたPPS繊維を、繊度7.8dtex、カット長51mmのPPS短繊維(東レ(株)“トルコン(R)”S101−7.8T51mm)とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、目付575g/m2のフィルターを得た。得られたフィルターの性能を表1に示した。
Claims (6)
- ろ過面となる第1ウェブ層と、非ろ過面となる第2ウェブ層とを少なくとも含む、複数の層からなる積層ポリアリーレンスルフィド耐熱フィルターであって、前記第1ウェブ層が、第1ウェブ層全体を100重量%として、繊度0.5〜1.2dtexのポリアリーレンスルフィド繊維を30〜70重量%と、1.3〜1.5dtexのポリアリーレンスルフィド繊維を30〜70重量%とからなることを特徴とし、前記第2ウェブ層が、繊度1.0〜4.0dtexのポリアリーレンスルフィド繊維からなることを特徴とする、積層ポリアリーレンスルフィド耐熱フィルター。
- 前記第1ウェブ層を構成する繊維の平均繊度X1と、前記第2ウェブ層を構成する繊維の平均繊度X2とが、下記式1を満足することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の積層ポリアリーレンスルフィド耐熱フィルター。
X1<X2 (式1) - 前記第1ウェブ層と前記第2ウェブ層との間に支持層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の積層ポリアリーレンスルフィド耐熱フィルター。
- 前記支持層がMD強度1000N/5cm以上、CD強度500N/5cm以上のポリアリーレンスルフィド紡績糸織物であることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の積層ポリアリーレンスルフィド耐熱フィルター
- 該積層ポリアリーレンスルフィド耐熱フィルターの厚みが1.5〜2.5mmであり、該積層ポリアリーレンスルフィド耐熱フィルター全体の見かけ密度が0.20〜0.40g/cm3であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか記載の積層ポリアリーレンスルフィド耐熱フィルター。
- 125kPaの静圧で通気させた際の通気度が5cc/cm2/秒以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか記載の積層ポリアリーレンスルフィド耐熱フィルター。
