Claims (6)

1. Förfarande för enzymatisk bestämning av ett enzymsubstrat i närvaro av störande substanser, vilka kan reagera med själva substratet eller med en mellan- eller slutprodukt vid indika-torreaktionen, kännetecknat av att man före tillsatsen av det för undersökning avsedda provet först bringar en bestämd mängd av substratet tili reaktion med reagenset, tills reaktion upphört, och först därefter tillsätter det för bestämning avsedda provet.
2. Reagens för enzymatisk bestämning av ett enzymsubstrat medelst förfarandet enligt patentkravet 1, vilket reagens inne-häller ett system för bestämning av substratet, vilket bestär av minst ett enzym, minst en buffertsubstans och minst en in-dikatorsubstans ävensom eventuellt hjälpämnen, kännetecknat av att det innehäller en bestämd mängd av substratet i underskott med avseende pä substratbestämningskapaciteten hos systemet för bestämning av detta substrat.
3. Reagens enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat av att det innehäller glukos som substrat och att systemet för bestämning av substratet bestär av glukosoxidas, peroxidas, 2,2' -azino-di-/3-etylbenstiazolin-sulfonat (6 )_7och buffert.
4. Reagens enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat av att det innehäller urinsyra som substrat och att systemet för bestämning av substratet bestär av urikas, peroxidas, 2,4-diklorfenolat, 4-aminoantipyrin och buffert.
5. Reagens enligt patentkravat 2,kännetecknat av att det innehäller kolesterol som substrat och att systemet för bestämning av substratet bestär av kolesterolesteras, kol-esteroloxidas, peroxidas, 4-aminoantipyrin, fenol och buffert.
6. Reagens enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat av att det innehäller glukos som substrat och att systemet för bestämning av substratet bestär av glukosoxidas, peroxidas, 4-aminofenazon, fenol och buffert.
