Claims (4)

1. Indrivningsinstrument avsett för indrivning av ett fixeringsorgan (1) , företrädesvis en larbenshalsspik, för fixering av benfragment (35,36) vid benbrott, företradesvis larbenshalsbrott, varvid fixerings-organet (1) uppvisar en hylsa (2), ett i hylsan (2) anordnat stift 5 (8) och en till hylsan (2) ansluten indrivningsanordning (12,13) för att driva ut stiftets (8) Mndparti (9) ur hylsan (2) via en sido-öppning (7) i denna och in i en bestämd del (38) av omgivande benma-terial, kännetecknat av att en till hylsan (2) ansluten del (13) av indrivningsanordningen (12,13) halier ett manöverdon (11) 10 vridfast kopplat till hylsan (2), vilket manöverdon (11) är avsett för vridning av hylsan (2) i en i benet förborrad kanal (37) och är försett tned en markering (47) för utvisande av hur sidoöppningen (7) i hylsan (2) är riktad i förhallande till kanalen (37), varvid den till hylsan (2) anslutande delen utgöres av en hylsa (13) med yttergängor 15 (21) för samverkan med innergängor (22) i fixeringsorganets (1) hylsa (2) och med utskjutande partier (25,26) för att halla manöverdonet (11) kopplat till fixeringsorganets (1) hylsa (2).
2. Indrivningsinstrument enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat 20 av att hylsan (2) och manöverdonet (11) uppvisar axiellt riktade och i varandra ingripande kopplingspartier (17,18), som hindrar att manöverdonet (11) och hylsan (2) kan vrida sig i förhallande till varandra da de halles kopplade till varandra av den till hylsan (2) anslutna delen (13) av indrivningsanordningen (12,13), varvid manöverdonet 25 (11) uppvisar en markering (47) som intar sin sidoöppningens (7) läge utvisande position da kopplingspartierna (17,18) ingriper i varandra.
3. Indrivningsinstrument enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att manöverdonet bestir av en hylsa (11), som upp- 30 visar utskjutande manövreringsvingar (15,16).
4. Indrivningsinstrument enligt nagot av föregaende patentkrav, kännetecknat av att indrivningsanordningens (12,13) hylsa (13) uppvisar radiellt utskjutande partier i form av manövreringsvingar 35 (25,26), som intar ett bestämt läge i förhallande till manöverdonet
