Claims (7)

1. Metallförgiftning talande krackningskatalysator för kolväten 1 en krackningsanordning med fluldlserad katalysator, vllken katalysator är partikelformig och vars partikelstorlek och partlkelstorleksfördelning är lämpliga för avsett ändamll och fluldisering, varvid nämnda katalysator innehiller tvl komponenter, av vilka en första komponent är en aktlv krackningskatalysator innehällande zeolltmaterial som kracknings-katalysator och av vilka en andra komponent är till sin kemiska samman-sättning olik den första komponenten och är en relativit passiv krackningskatalysator i jämförelse med den första komponenten, kanne-t e c k n a d därav, att nämnda blda komponenter är sammanblandade med varandra och innehiller partikelfraktioner, som har olika partikelstor-lekar och olika kemiska sammansättningar, varvid den första komponenten bildas av fraktioner med grövre partikelstorlek, varvid dess medel-partikelstorlek är 80 - 120 pm och Itmlnstone huvudparten av den andra komponenten utgörs av fraktioner med i förhallande tili den första komponenten finare partikelstorlek och varvid den andra komponentens medelpartikelstorlek är 30 - 75 pm.
2. Katalysator enllgt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att den första komponentens medelpartikelstorlek är 80 - 100 pm och den andra komponentens medelpartikelstorlek är 30 - 60 pm.
3. Katalysator enllgt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att den första komponentens zeolitmaterialhalt är sldan, att hela katalysatorns zeolithalt stiger tili 50 viktprocent.
4. Katalysator enllgt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknad därav, att den första komponentens zeolithalt är minst 20 viktprocent.
5. Katalysator enllgt nigot av patentkraven 1-4, känneteck-nad därav, att den andra komponenten bestir av partiklar, som uppvisar en matrie av kaolin och amorf aluminlumoxldklselsyra.
