Claims (16)
1. Förfarande för tillvaratagning av grundämnessvavel och värdemetaller frän kopparsulfidmalmanrikning eller frän anrik-ningsavfall, sorti innehäller grundämnessvavel, kop par, molybden och orenheter, kännetecknat därav, att (a) grundämnessvavlet avlägsnas frän anrlkningen eller frän anrikningsavfallet antingen genom att upplösa svavlet i ett av dess lösningsämnen eller genom avdunstning, (b) kopparn tas tillvara ur de frän skede (a) erhällna rester-na genom urlakning av resterna frän vilka svavlet är avlägsnat med ferriklorid för selektiv upplösning av kopparn, och (c) molybdenet tas tillvara ur resterna, vilka erhällits vid urlakningen med ferriklorid i skede (b).
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att grundämnessvavlet, som uppstär vid den med ferriklorid skeende urlakningen i fas (b), avlägsnas före fas (c).
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att grundämnessvavlet tas tillvara ur den i fas (a) erhällna lösningen.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av ovanstäende patentkrav, kännetecknat därav, att anrikningen eller anrikningsavfallet innehäller guld, att de fasta resterna frän fas (b) urlakas med cyanid för upplösning av guldet innan överfö-ringen av de kvarblivna fasta resterna tili fas (c), och att guldet tas tillvara ur cyanidlösningen.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av ovanstäende patotntkrav, kännetecknat därav, att före fas (a) anrikas anrikningen eller anrikningsavfallet medelst en skumnings-anrikning för avlägsnande av orenheter. 18 68864
6. Förfarande enligt nagot av ovanstäende patentkrav, kännetecknat därav, att kopparn tas tillvara ur en lösning, som erhällits vid den med ferriklorid utförda urlak-ningen i fas (b) genom att överföra lösningen tili en urlak-ningsfas i ett sädant hydrometallurgiskt kretslopp, där kopparn tas tillvara ur dess sulfidmalmer genom att urlaka maImen med ferriklorid och/eller koparklorid säf att en urlaknings-lösning erhälles, som innehäller kuproklorid, kupriklorid och ferroklorid.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 6, känneteck nat därav, att det förverkligas i följd med det nämnda hydrometallurgiska kretsloppet.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, känneteck nat därav, att som lösningsmedel för svavlet används ammoniumsulf id.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8, känneteck nat därav, att mängden av den använda ammoniumsulfiden är ungefär densamma som mängden av svavel i anrikningen eller anrikningsavfallet.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8 eller 9, kännetecknat därav, att grundämnessvavlet tas tillvara ur svavellösningen genom avdunstning och att ammoniumsulfidet regenereras genom att upplösa de avgäende gaserna i vatten.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 10, kännetecknat därav, att avdunstningen utförs i en temperatur av ätminstone 95°C.
12. Förfarande enligt nägot av ovanstäende patentkrav, kännetecknat därav, att svavlet avdunstas i en temperatur av 300-600°C,
