Claims (5)
1. Förfaringssättvid framställning av livsmedelsprodukt, innehällande äggviteämnen, vilka under uppvärmning koagulerar ooh ger produkten fast konsistens, kännetecknat av följande ätgärder: pumpning och formning av produktsmeten tili en sträng, fram-förd och innesluten i ett mirkovagstransparent rör, mikrovägsbestraining av strängen i ätminstone en applikator, som ger den högsta värmeintensiteten i centrum av ett tvärsnitt genom strängen och den lägsta intensiteten i periferin av tvärsnittet och utmatning frän röret och transport av strängen i fast form.
2. Förfaringssätt enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att i kontaktytan mellan produktsmeten och rörets insida tillföres smörjmedel.
3. Anordning för utövande av förfaringssätt enligtpatentkravet 1, innefattande ätminstone en uppsättning av mikrovägskälla (6), ledning (7) för överföring av mikrovägsenergi och TM021~applikator (5) i form av en huvudsakligen cylindrisk kavitet, vilken genomgäs frän gavel till gavel av en stavformad last innefattande ätminstone ett mikrovägstransparent för (4) , som har en inre tvärsnittsradie, sädan att vid en bestämd frekvens hos mikro-vägskällan villkoret för framkallande av ™q21 -resonans i kaviteten uppfylles, kännetecknad av att röret (4) är anslutet tili pumporgan (3) och lösbart anordnat medelst anslutningsorgan (11, 12) i vardera gaveln och inställbart i s in tvärriktning tili godtyckliga lägen vid vardera gaveln.
4. Anordning enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknad av att i nämnda rör (4) är ytterligare ett rör (13) koncentriskt anordnat och anslutet tili en separat pump.
