Claims (8)

1. Vattenbaserad beläggningskomposition för härdpapp, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller (1) ca 50-90 viktdelar, beräknat pä. torrsubstansen, av ett akrylestersampolymerlatex, som är framställt i närvaro av en tväl-emulgator vars mängd är 0,01-3 %, beräknat pä den totala vikten av monomer, genom sampolymerisation av (a) ca 9-99 vikt-% av minst en akrylestermonomer med formeln O CH2 = CH - CO - R1 där R är en alkylgrupp med 1- ca 18 kolatomer eller en alkoxialkyl-, alkyltioalkyl- eller cyanoalkylgrupp med 2- ca 8 kolatomer, (b) högst 90 vikt-% av en vinylidensammonomer med en terminal-grupp CH2=C^ , och (c) ca 1-10 vikt-% av en reaktiv, härdbar monomer, som är en vinylidenmonomer innehällande karboxyl, en vinylidenmonomer innehällande hydroxyl eller en vinylidenmonomer innehällande hydroxyl i kombina-tion med en vinylidenmonomer innehällande karboxyl eller med en akryl- amidmonomer, (2) ca 10-50 vikt-delar, beräknat pä torrsubstansen, av ett vinylkloridpolymerlatex med en huvudsakligen enhetlig partikelstorlek, varvid latexet är framställt genom sampolymerisation av en monomer eller monomerer i närvaro av en fettsyratvälemulgator, (3) ca 5-35 viktdelar av ett med vatten reducerbart, värme-härdbart harts per 100 viktdelar latexpolymer, vilket harts är ett melamin-formaldehydharts eller ett urea-formaldehydharts, och (4) ca 5-60 volym-% pigment, beräknat pä den totala volymen av latexet.
2. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att komponenten 2) är ett polyvinylkloridhomopolymerlatex med en huvudsakligen enhetlig partikelstorlek, ca 200 - 500 nm.
3. Komposition enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknad därav, att man använder en syrakatalysator.
4. Komposition enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknad därav, att man använder ca 75-85 viktdelar akrylesterpolymerlatex, ca 15-25 viktdelar vinylkloridpolymerlatex och ca 25 viktdelar med vatten reducerbart, värmehärdbart harts och pigmentvolymkoncent-rationen är ca 20 - 50 %.
