Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för upptackande av i ett vätskeformigt prov möjligen ingäende patogena mikroorganismer genom att placera provet i en sluten, steril centrifugeringszon och genom att centrifugera, sä att det nämnda provet trycks mot det vätskeformiga mediets yta, och genom att härefter separera det nämnda vätskeformiga mediet och de däri ingäende patogena mikroorganismerna frän nämnda centrifugeringszon, och genom att analy-sera detta för upptackande av nämnda patogena mikroorganismer, k ä n -netecknat därav, att a) det nämnda provet, säsom blod, benmärgsvätska, ryggmärgsvätska, lungsäcksvätska eller urin, genom centrifugering vid 1500-3000 x g pressas mot en ett skickt bildande vätska, vilken är ogiftig för de nämnda patogena mikroorganismerna, hydrofob och icke blandbar med vatten, och vars täthet är större än det nämnda provets täthet, säsom ett inert fluorerat kolväte med tätheten ca. 1,2-2,0 g/cm^, kokpunkten ca. 90-210°C och en genomsnittlig molekylvikt av ca. 300-850, varvid centrifugalkraften fär verka sä länge, att de patogena mikroorganismerna hinner förflyttas ända fram tili den nämnda ett skikt bildande vätskan, men de hinner inte förflyttas genom detta vätskeskikt, sä att huduvddelen av de närvarande patogena mikroorganismerna koncentreras i den ett skikt bildande vätskan och i gränsskiktet mellan denna och det vätskeformiga provet, b) efter centrifugeringen avlägsnas huvuddelen av det vätskeformiga provet utan att dess understa, pä den ett skikt bildande vätskan liggande del vidrörs, sä att de i gränsskiktet eller närä detta befintliga patogena mikroorganismerna inte avlägsnas, och c) den resterande, den ett skikt bildande vätskan och det vätskeformiga provets understa del samt de patogena mikroorganismerna omfattande ämnes-blandningen analyseras.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att den nämnda ett skikt bildande vätskan är närvarande i en mängd av 3,3-30,0 volym-%.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att den ett skikt bildande vätskan utgörs av ett inert, perfluorerat kolväte med en täthet av ca. 1,7-2,0 g/cm , en kokpunkt av ca. 125-200 C och en genomsnittlig molekylvikt av ca. 350-600.
4. Anordning användbar vid förfarandet enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n -netecknad därav, att den omfattar ett slutet centrifugalkärl (20),
